We’re seeking a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Production Machinist with a “can do” attitude, and creative mind.

General Purpose

To use vertical milling and lathes in creating parts per engineered drawings. Position requires creation of parts for packaging machinery per orders received. Includes logging into job, setting up for part requirements, creating parts per order, inspecting work, and closing job.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Must have minimum 5 years experience on both Vertical Milling Machines & Lathes
  • Must have own tools
  • Must be capable of quick setups
  • Must be capable of inspecting own work
  • Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
  • CNC experience is a plus

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience working from mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of machining

While perfroming the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, kneel and sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or push/pull/transfer up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to occasionally push/pull/transfer up to 100 pounds.

Additional Requirements:

Must be a US citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly motivated and result oriented.
